Warren's Resume

Warren earned a degree in financial management concentrating in real estate from Clemson University in 1994.  Warren worked as an auditor in Charleston, SC before beginning his appraisal career in August of 1999 when he joined the Carolina Appraisal Group in Orangeburg.  Warren has appraised single family, 2-4 unit multi family and non-complex commercial properties since his career began.  As the Carolina Appraisal Group continued to grow, Warren moved back to Charleston in June of 2005 to provide professional service to this growing geographical area. Warren is an associate member of the Appraisal Instituteand  covers Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley and Colleton Counties.
