Tommy's Resume
Tommy is a new member of Carolina Appraisal Group. He grew up in Florence
and has operated several businesses there. He has been appraising residential
properties, small income and multi-family units since 1999.
Tommy earned his BBA from Francis
Marion University in 1989. Later, he returned to school and earned his
MBA and Ph.D. in Economics. Tommy is a member of the American Economics
Association and The Society for Government Economists. He
sits on the Florence County Assessment Appeals Board, has a Property and Casualty
adjuster's license and is a member of Mensa.
Tommy has just begun full-time appraising and looks
forward to serving you.
