Ben's Resume

Mr. Davis graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.  His appraisal career began in February of 1997 in Conway, South Carolina.  Conway is the county seat of Horry County, where Myrtle Beach is located.  Mr. Davis formed his own real estate appraisal company, The Carolina Appraisal Group, in May of 1999.  In the beginning the company offered both Residential and Commercial Services within a small geographical area.  Since the inception of the company, the company has grown to include a very large coverage area.  Mr. Davis is a member of the Appraisal Institute and is a level I MAI Candidate.  His is also broker-in-charge of the Carolina Appraisal Group, Inc.
