Brian's Resume

Brian graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1994 with a BA Degree in Art Studio with a concentration in Graphic Design. After graduation Brian worked for several companies in and around the Columbia, SC area as a graphic designer and pre-press manager before moving into real estate appraisal.

Originally from Florence, SC, Brian, his wife and their two children currently live in Eastover, SC. Eastover is located half way between the state capital of Columbia and the smaller city of Sumter which is the home of Shaw Air Force Base. The rural character of Eastover allows Brian to pursue his hobbies which include hunting, fishing, wildlife management, and house and yard maintenance.

Brian is currently an appraisal apprentice and has been in the appraisal field since August 2005. Brian currently covers Orangeburg, Calhoun, Kershaw, and Sumter counties and has plans to expand into Richland County in the near future.
