Wayne's Resume

Wayne was born and raised in Orangeburg, SC. He and his wife live in Orangeburg and have two girls. In January of 2007, upon completion of the required appraisal courses, Wayne was given the opportunity to join Ben Davis and The Carolina Appraisal Group, Inc. Wayne is currently an apprentice appraiser working towards his residential appraiser certification.

Wayne covers Orangeburg County and surrounding areas, being that he grew up in Orangeburg he is confident in his coverage area.
