Rhonda Ivey has recently joined The Carolina Appraisal Group. Rhonda, her husband Ray, and their three children moved to Greenwood, SC in 2004. Prior to moving to Greenwood, Rhonda worked as a full time appraiser for an appraisal company in Kissimmee, Florida for three years and was also a licensed Realtor for 7 years. After transplanting to Greenwood, Rhonda found employment with CaptialBank working in the Asset Recovery department and also reviewing Residential and Commercial Appraisals.

Rhonda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Physical Education from Malone College in Canton, Ohio and has several hours towards a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.
