Edwina's Resume

Edwina is a new member of the Carolina Appraisal Group.  She recently moved here from Columbus, Ohio where she attended and completed all real estate appraisal courses at Hondros College in 2003.   She most recently spent 18 years as a Corporate Travel Consultant in the Knoxville Tennessee area before deciding to make a career change to the Real Estate Appraisal profession. 

Edwina and her husband have lived in Elloree, SC for about a year.  Edwina's husband Andy is  Director of Sales at a software company located out of Washington DC.  

In July of 2007, Edwina was given the opportunity to join Ben Davis and The Carolina Appraisal Group.  Edwina is currently an apprentice appraiser working towards her licensed residential appraiser certification. 

Edwina currently covers most counties in the state of South Carolina for Desk Top appraisal work only, and for 1004, 1004C, 2055, Land, REO's, Condo's she covers all of Orangeburg County, Clarendon, Calhoun, Dorchester & Bamberg counties.
